  I brought my 3 kids here for lunch, one of which uses a wheelchair. I parked in one of the 3 accessible parking spots that are off to the side. There was a strange diagonal crosswalk leading away from the side door, but at least I could get his wheelchair up onto the sidewalk. There was a big patch of ice at the start of the crosswalk, though. When we finally got to the door, there were no buttons to accessibly open the door, which was surprising considering that it was right across from the accessible spots.
  
  When we got in, we were politely greeted by their customer experience leader, or something like that. I can't remember her name, but she was very polite and helpful. When I told her about the parking lot, she passed the information on to her manager right away. She even brought our food over to the table when it was finally ready (the service is extremely slow!).
  
  The manager, however, didn't even bother to try to talk to me. She dismissed the problem by saying we should have come in the front door, because that's where the button is. No one was sent out to even deal with the ice. I am not impressed with the lack of compassion and the poor accessibility. We will not be returning there.

  I am currently waiting in the McDonald's drive thru as I write this review. Yes, that is correct. I have enough time in this drive thru to write a review about how doodoo this service is. We have currently been waiting for 25 minutes and we just placed our order and we haven't even gotten to the first window yet. I feel like a trapped starved Ethiopian boy with no where to go. There is no way to reverse or pass the cars infront because of construction. There are literally cages surrounding us. It has now been 35 minutes.... I have proof read this review 5 times and listened to "more life" in its entirety. I'm beginning to ponder life and this vortex we call a drive thru. I'll just leave this here as a warning. Hope it finds you well. Oh and I still haven't gotten to the second window. I would say cheers, but I haven't gotten my drink yet :s

  Worst mcdonalds ! Avoid !
  Sent a email to corporate mcdonalds while i was in a drive thru lineup that took 17min to get my order....by the way did i mention this was a Wednesday night after 1030pm ?!?! Drove past there this week around the same time and surprise surprise still a long a$$ line in drive thru....needless to say head office dont really care about customers complaints...... I would give this place a -10 if I could a 1star is farrrrrrrr too generous !
