  Tonight I ordered online delivery and it took quite a while. I called the pickering location and spoke with a man named adam. He explained it was on its way but asked me to call when it got there as i was concerned it would be cold. Well its wasnt hot when it arrived however my phone rang and it was adam. He took the time out of his day to call ME and ask if everything was okay! I explained we got the food but it was kinda cold and he compensated me with a credit on my next order. Now that, my friends, is customer service! Whoever adam is, he deserves a gold star.

  Let's start with the one good thing, service. The servers there are always friendly and prompt, it's the one thing they have going for them.
  
  Now the bad. The pizza is overpriced and taste like it was frozen, no flavour or authenticity to it. The couple pasta dishes I've tried over the years were terrible. Even their draft beer (Heineken) was completely flat and tasted off (maybe it was the bottom of the keg, who knows). In short, the food there is terrible. You're better off hitting up Jack Astor's down the street for the same price and much higher quality food.

  Excellent service and meal. Our server Kim was really wonderfull. She recommended the soup of the day which was really delicious. We will definitely visit again.

  Great service. Everyone was helpful. Offered to refill when they saw the cup was empty. Food came out in a timely fashion.
