  Poorly managed staff tend to ignore in-store customers in lieu of drive-through customers.
  
  Some of the better staff work hard and show character while most others embrace an apathetic minimum-wage level of chin-down, eyes-front lack of motivation for their job.
  
  I've had a black coffee order screwed up and waited as long as 10 minutes in line to order a coffee when 5 or more staff work on food/drink line to fulfill drive-through orders while a single staff member struggles to run the register.
  
  I can only imagine the level of staff turnover and aggravated customers this location must have on a regular place.

  These guys are really fast. Every morning rush they have my order ready before I can even manage to grab my credit card. 10/10 in service , quality is about the same as any other timmys.
